Planning and Planting for Summer Blooms

If you’ve always wanted to grow beautiful blooms for cutting then this workshop is for you! We’ll be covering the very basics of preparing your site, choosing plants, planting, nurturing, and cutting a beautiful harvest of your very own. In this beginning workshop we will focus on easy annuals. Whether you’ve always dreamed of being a flower farmer or you just want to grow a few beauties for your own use, this day will provide you with the knowledge to get you started. And at the end of the day you will get to take home a tray of plants to get you off to a quick start! A pair of our favorite clippers will also be included so you are well prepared to start cutting. This workshop will be on-site at our flower farm near Waverly Nebraska. We will be outside and hands on so dress accordingly! Attendance will be limited so there is plenty of room for social distancing.
